Pricing and conditions for performances..

Dean Haitani is available to perform at Festivals, Venues, Markets, Corporate Events, Weddings and Private Parties.

He is also available for session work for electric/acoustic guitar, vocals, bass and harmonica & or workshops.

Below are prices and conditions for the categories

 

Festivals

$650(solo) or $1500(band) + travel expenses
-Dean also participates in workshops at festivals.

Venues

$350(solo) or $900(band) for up to 3 hours –add $100 per hour thereafter(solo)-add $150 per hour thereafter(band) + travel expenses(if more than 100km from Deans location)

Markets

minimum of $150 up to 2 hours + travel(if more than 100km from Dean’s location) . Pricing would depend on the type of market. Eg size & capacity to sell cds.

Corporate Events

Pricing starts at $600 up to 3 hrs-add $100 per hour thereafter.

Event will need to cover parking expenses if applicable and accommodation (if more than 100 km away from Dean’s location).

Weddings

$800 (solo) up to 5 hours(add $150 per hour thereafter) {includes 2 hrs travel and return, setup and pack down of equipment, LEARNING OF SONGS-keep in mind that every song requested to learn takes at least 1hour -on average a bride and groom will request that I learn at least 4 songs for the formal part of the wedding.

Please allow enough time for me to learn songs as well-I need at least 1 month to have a final decision on your songs before the big day arrives.

I can arrange percussionists through to a big band (bass,drums,keyboards,saxophone,trumpet etc)-add $250 per band member.

Travel and accommodation expenses will occur if more than 2 hours from my Location.

Suggestion

Members of the wedding can request their favourite dance songs, compile them onto an ipod or mp3 player and I can act as a dj for the completion of the special night.

If you do not have time, I can download them from itunes to my ipod for a fee of $100 plus the cost of the tracks (on average tracks cost $1.79-$2.00).

Private Parties

$450 up to 3hrs-$100 per hour thereafter-travel expenses (if more than 100kms from Deans location).
